I’ve owned and operated multiple businesses, including Alter Cycles, a high-end bicycle shop and service center built on precision, expertise, and trust. Working at the top end of a service-driven business reinforced a simple principle—discerning clients value clear guidance, honest feedback, and an advisor willing to speak plainly.
I was drawn into real estate during my own most recent property purchase and at the encouragement of friends navigating relocations of their own. They were seeking a grounded, trustworthy advisor—someone who would provide perspective rather than pressure, and insight rather than reassurance. That remains the foundation of my approach.
The Montana lifestyle is not theoretical to me—it’s lived. I'm a lifelong skier in the winter and in the summer months I spend my time riding, hiking, camping, and traveling Montana’s backcountry. These experiences inform how I help clients evaluate property, from trail access and viewsheds to privacy, light, and the practical realities of owning land in Montana.
