We don't want to lose 5 weeks figuring out that a buyer is unqualified.

My Appraisal inspection experience has educated me on the methods banks use in property valuation. I have used this knowledge to develop a plan to reduce the chances of receiving a short appraisal. Waiting for a low appraisal to address it can be disastrous.
