Mortgages
My experience as a mortgage banker can assure you that the buyer for your home will actually close. It is scary in todays day and age when some one can get a pre approval letter in 5 mins online. There are different types of pre approvals and pre qualifications. You'll need someone that knows how to vet these purchasers for you. We don't want to lose 5 weeks figuring out that a buyer is unqualified.

Appraisals
My Appraisal inspection experience has educated me on the methods banks use in property valuation. I have used this knowledge to develop a plan to reduce the chances of receiving a short appraisal. Waiting for a low appraisal to address it can be disastrous.

Investments
