Mathieu Adams and Connie Van are the best team you can hope for when buying a home. As a first-time home buyer, I was looking to purchase in the ultra-competitive area of Elk Grove, which draws in a lot of buyers due to its reputation for great schools, large homes, diversity, range of food options, and proximity to the Bay Area.

Mathieu sent me listings suitable to me each week based on my criteria and toured them with me, giving solid recommendations as to offer terms, while Connie gave her expert advice in handling negotiations in escrow concerning repairs and other matters.

After reviewing dozens of listings and touring many homes over many weeks, both Mathieu and Connie were patient, professional, and understanding as the search went on.

When I was under contract, they also helped set up everything that needed to be taken care of during escrow, i.e., inspections, repair negotiations with the seller, coordinating with the title company, etc. And they were extremely responsive to the many questions I had during the whole process which helped alleviate the roller coaster ride that home-buying can be.

I am glad that I found Connie and Mathieu. As agents who assist sellers and buyers with a wide network of contacts in the real estate market, this team has the knowledge about which offers work and which do not, especially in this crazy pandemic market of 2021.
