Matt Arnold-Ladensack grew up going to open houses in Scottsdale, Arizona with his mother, who studied interior design and used to pretend his room was a model home and would organize it in that way. When he was in his early teens his dream was to become a film director. He made hundreds of short films and eventually studied film production, with an emphasis in directing at Chapman University in Southern California. After graduating he worked at DreamWorks and as an assistant to a few Hollywood film directors and producers. While pursuing his dreams he became interested in investing in real estate and ended up purchasing my first place in Los Angeles at the age of 25. He flipped that property and invested in Palm Springs.
As life took him in different directions he had the opportunity to move to the Pacific Northwest with his husband. His dream was to breed world-class Clydesdales, something he did with his father as a little boy. As my life changed directions he leaned into his love of real estate and became a broker in Washington, later expanding to Oregon. His first year in real estate he was honored into the Berkshire Hathaway Honor Society and have continued to grow his business through referrals.
What sets him aside from other brokers is his creative eye and marketing skills. With his film background he is able to artistically showcase properties and with the eXp Realty brand he is able to market them globally.
He believes in creating an experience that goes beyond just the transaction by building community, life-long friendships and partnerships — as well as mentoring others.
