Matt Beith

Matt has been in real estate and appraising since 2012, when he eagerly moved back to his hometown of Franklin to start working for the family company. Prior to, Matt spent over a decade across New England, pursing a career in retail finance, and snowboarding as much as possible.

He loves Franklin, but the sounds and smells of the Maine coast will always have a special place in his heart, and the sight of a barn will forever remind him of the 6 years he spent managing a 200 acre sheep farm in Stuyvesant, New York. Franklin is home for Matt, his wife Mishelle, and their three kids – Ellis, Ogden, and Harper. During the week, Matt devotes himself to his business, to serving on numerous City and volunteer boards, and to supporting the community.

On the weekends you can find him with his family, perusing the Franklin street market, cruising the bike trails and waterways, or just enjoying a good book on the comfort of their front porch. Matt’s goal is to guarantee that your family has as much to love about where they live as his family does.
