About Matt

Matt Buttner is the Broker and Owner of List Now Realty. He got started in real estate back in 2009 helping his parents with their house flipping business. He started out sweeping floors and learning the business. Eventually, he got his real estate license to help his parents save on commissions. He soon realized that there was a genuine market for Flat Fee MLS Listings in Florida, and he started his own brokerage. In addition to running List Now Realty, Matt is an active real estate investor in Central Florida. He still partners with his parents on rental properties and flips. He knows the business well and he hates to see other investors spending too much on real estate commission when they go to sell a property. Matt's hometown is Umatilla, FL and he graduated from Stetson University in Deland with a degree in Business Administration. He loves to travel, and he has been known to “work remotely” without anyone realizing he has gone (thank goodness for fast Wi-Fi). He personally reviews all the listings to make sure they are done correctly.
