In January of 2009 we began our search for a home in the Madison AL area. We found Matt through his website and emailed some general questions to him late one day. To our surprise, Matt responded that evening and set up a time for us to talk with him the next day. We met with Matt, discussed our intentions (which were extremely vague and non-committal) and he offered to help us out. Our intentions where to look around for a couple months before possibly making a decision. We ended up taking 90 days to find our home and Matt took us on countless showings. Every time we asked he graciously provided endless information and insight into the area (schools, comps, amenities, etc.). He was extremely professional and ultimately became a friend of the family. On top of helping us to find our future home, Matt led us to our new church home as well.

Matt and his team were excellent to deal with for our first-time home buying experience. My wife and I interviewed multiple realtors at the beginning of the process and hand down Matt stood out from all the rest. Kristina was our agent that showed us all of our homes and we could not have asked for a better person to work with. We looked at a LOT of houses and Kristina was happy to show us as many as it took to find our new home. The best thing for me was the communication! Everyone on Matt's team and especially Kristina was in contact communication with us throughout the whole process. If we called, e-mailed, text or whatever, we had a response back very quickly, most times in a matter of minutes. We came into Matt's office with no idea if the house buying process. Matt sat down with us and explained everything in detail, never rushing us or making us feel as if our questions were self explanatory. By the time we left we felt far more confident. Throughout the process Matt was willing to talk to us and answer any questions we had. He never rushed us into quickly finding a home but told us to make sure we were sure before moving forward. Once we chose a house he did all the preparations. He scheduled the inspections, the attorney, and dealt with the lender for us. He made the process so much more stress-free. Matt was absolutely wonderful as our realtor! We were first time home buyers and were very nervous about the entire process.
