Where do I even start. Google reviews should offer 10 stars and even then that wouldn't be enough! Matt and his team are the absolute cream of the crop, they are the diamond in the rough, they are the cherry on top! Matt has helped buy/sell two homes for my wife and I and we wouldn't recommend anyone else. I'm sure there are other very good real estate agents but Matt is GREAT! Matt made himself available after business hours on multiple occasions, his knowledge of the overall market, his transparency, politeness, compassion, honesty and clear closed loop communication style make you want to sit down and have a cup of coffee with him. Matt helped offer all options when we were unsure which direction to go ourselves. Matt and his team are just wonderful. You should go see him, he'll treat you like family.

Matt and Darcy gave us an exceptional first time home buying experience. Working with Darcy while Matt was on vacation was seamless. She did a great job showing houses and submitting our first offer. Matt even came to our 9:00am home inspection when he had just flown home at 4:00am the same day! He clearly explains next steps and makes sure you understand what is needed and when. If you have a question he probably has an answer within 24 hrs. We also appreciated his overall calm relaxed demeanor. He provides suggestions and comments but doesn't push you in a direction. In the current market with lots of competition and lots of stress, we really appreciated his approach. We never felt like we were being pushed to spend more, take more risks, etc.. I can't recommend Matt and Darcy enough, especially for first time buyers.

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Matt Deadman has been throughout the entire process. The moment we reached out to him to be our realtor he worked 24/7 to assure that we were taken care of. Matt was able to get us top dollar for our home in DeForest. We had our eyes on one very specific home in Windsor and we were amazed at how he was able to solidify us as the new owners of our new, beautiful home. A home that I have always wanted. It was a very emotional experience for me and he made it happen. Matt communicated with us every step of the way and 100% made sure that we knew everything that was going on behind the scenes. Whether through calling, text, or email...Matt was always there for us immediately. When we decided to put our home in DeForest on the market I was out of state at the time. As a first time home-buyer, the internet gives a ton of conflict and, honestly, useless information. We trusted Matt and Darcy to navigate it all and it was smooth sailing. They negotiated our ideal home below asking, all contingencies, and with some electrical repairs in the middle of the COVID housing market. It was impressive to watch the two of them work with buying agents, keep us informed on our questions - big or small - and with responses usually within an hour.

Matt Deadman is simply the best, better than all the rest :) He was absolutely wonderful to work with, and we couldn’t have asked for a better first time home buying experience. Working with him is like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He really cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. The idea of buying our first house in the current market was really intimidating at first, but he walked us through the process in clear detail, so we felt comfortable, confident and extremely excited by the time our offer was accepted! Matt was such an excellent guide in selling our first home. We first contacted him when deciding what projects were worth completing in our home months before listing. He brought us lists of comps/numbers that helped us make a clear and confident decision to renovate our bathroom. When it was time to list, the complimentary staging consultation provided clarity in terms of the best use of our time and effort to get the best price for our home. Matt came over and helped paint for half of a Saturday and it was so great to have the help in such a busy time and also get to know him more. We had over fifty showings our first weekend and had an accepted offer at our very competitive asking price just days later.
