This was our second time using Matt in the home buying process. The quality of service he provided both times I believe to be unmatched. From the very beginning Matt made sure everything went smoothly. He took the time to understand exactly what my wife and I were looking for, and was very responsive when reaching out to ask questions. Matt is a very laid back and approachable guy. If you're looking for a realtor who’s honest, reliable, and easy to work with, Matt’s the guy. I’m glad we went with him on our second home purchase and would absolutely work with him again in the future!

Matt did a wonderful job working with my husband and sister in selling her home. He answered all our questions and responded in a quick manner and professional throughout our interactions. He did go above and beyond when a package was delivered prior to a address change, he sent it to Texas!!!!!!!!! If you want your house sold please please see Matt--you wont regret it

So Matt actually helped me find this house that I moved into nearly 4 years ago (2019). The plan initially was to stay long term, however, other life changes were made, and I was needing to sell this house ASAP.

The reason I contacted Matt again to put this house up for sale, was due to the fact that he did such a great job in helping me find this house initially.

It was posted to the market, and within 4 days, we accepted an offer and closed shortly after. Process was extremely simple, fun, and did not lead to any stress during the entire process.

All in all, I highly recommend Matt for either selling or buying any kind of property.

As someone who was out of state going to purchase a property I do not regret my decision using Matt what so ever. We faced some adversity and had challenges during the process of closing, but with Matts expertise in the field we were able to triumph those challenges and close on time with zero issues. I would recommend Matt to anyone even if you are an experienced buyer because he is going to do whatever it takes to fulfill your specific needs with honesty and not try to sugar coat it for you. I have worked alongside agents before and Matt stood out to me because even though we faced challenges, we stayed in and overcame those without any hesitations. It takes a very good person to represent real estate without just trying to say whatever to make a buck. I strongly believe Matt is the person who isn't going to think about the money first all the time. It shows true integrity which is rare in a person. I know for certain I will be using him again in my future endeavors. Thank you for everything!

Matt Hershberger did an outstanding job helping my husband and me find our first house. He was always friendly and responsive to us. He is honest, ethical, and listens. He is knowledgeable about the area and has a construction background. He helped us avoid houses that required extensive and expensive repairs. For someone who makes a living selling, Matt is one of the most unselfish people I have ever met. He pointed out what was good and bad about properties we saw and we valued his opinion and expertise. He never pressured us about any property. Walkthroughs felt like tours with a well-trusted friend who wanted to help a family member find the right home. Matt is hardworking and suggested properties that he thought we would like; in the end, we purchased one of them! He helped us put in a fair offer that he thought would be acceptable to the seller, which it was. He has a can-do attitude, keeps his word, and pulled together an earlier closing date that was agreeable to all of us. We highly recommend Matt Hershberger! Thank you Matt!

We have used Matt twice. He has great knowledge of the area and brings a construction background to the table. He helps tremendously with identifying easily rectified issues versus money pits. Matt knows the area VERY well. He listens to needs and provides solutions at every turn - even when things almost got ugly on the sellers side, he kept my contract on the rails to the finish line. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt as a realtor and will use him again myself should I ever need to.
