A native of Richmond, Va., Matt’s connection to the Outer Banks runs deep. Starting in 1986, he spent countless summers vacationing and living in his parents’ first beach house in Kill Devil Hills. From an early age, he gained invaluable experience working in his family’s business, which laid the foundation for his impressive career. After earning a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University with a concentration in Real Estate & Urban Land Development, Matt further honed his skills through roles in property management and banking before moving to the Outer Banks full-time in 2002 with his wife and children.

Since beginning his full-time real estate career Matt has consistently ranked in the top 7% of all Outer Banks Realtors by both total sales and sales volume.
