Alongside his wife, Renee’ Mullen, Matt is a Broker/Owner of NextHome Cornerstone Realty and a founding member of the Mullen Realty Group, a trusted husband-and-wife real estate team.
Matt specializes in helping buyers, sellers, investors, and agents successfully navigate the North Idaho real estate market, including residential homes, relocation, and long-term property planning. While licensed since 2010, Matt has been actively involved in the Coeur d’Alene and Rathdrum communities since 2001, building strong relationships with local professionals, service providers, and organizations throughout North Idaho. Together with Renee’, he has developed an extensive local and national referral network, giving clients access to trusted resources before, during, and after their real estate transaction.

Outside of real estate, Matt values family and community. He has been married to Renee’ since 1995, and they are proud parents of three adult sons—Christopher, Branden, and Ryan—along with a daughter-in-law, Hope. They are also grandparents to three grandsons: Luke, Logan, and Lincoln. Matt enjoys boating, golfing, traveling, and meaningful fellowship through his Men’s Bible Group.
