Growing up in the Richmond area (Hanover), Matt found a passion for connecting with people very early on in life. As a child, Matt would regularly tag-along or observe his dad connecting with people and businesses all around the Richmond area as a restaurant group owner/operator – seemingly with a singular goal in mind: help everyone succeed. Those early lessons would be the foundation that guided Matt into the real estate industry.

Matt started his career in the corporate world with Capital One. During his successful career across Operations and Human Resources Consulting at Capital One, Matt bought and sold 5 homes himself. In doing so, he fell in love with the world of real estate and how central and critical it is to families’ lives, and decided to bring his passion for people and connection into the world of real estate.
