Matt Spheeris

Matt's passion for real estate and land development was nurtured from an early age by his father, Jon Spheeris, who communicated to his son the importance of hard work and creativity in every aspect of the business. Inspired by his father’s example, Matt energetically pursued a degree in Commercial Real Estate at Marquette University Business School in Milwaukee before joining his own family in business.



Matt’s wide range of experience and creative mindset allow him to successfully implement every aspect of planning for a development from the very beginning until the end. He finds joy in the entire process of real estate development and is driven by the endless possibilities that each piece of land provides.
