Matt was a true professional, my wife and I found him by accident and immediately decided on him as our realtor for our home search. Within a month and a half we are now in our new home. Matt is a go getter simple as that. His priority is making sure clients are getting what they need and his go getter attitude is what drew us to him. Matt definitely went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor. I have dealt with other realtors in the past and their services don't even come close to what I experienced while looking for the perfect home with Matt. To me it felt like Matt was just as excited looking for my new home as I was. Matt was always available for questions and was very flexible with his time to look at houses. His professionalism was spot on but he also knows how to be extremely fun and help ease the stresses that come with looking for a home. Finding a home can be one of the most stressful yet exciting experiences you will ever encounter. My family was recommended to use Matt by a family friend. Of course recommendations can always be stressful too. We could have not been anymore blessed and lucky to have been recommended to Matt. Matt was so incredibly patient, kind, and trustworthy when looking at homes. Not only did he do his absolute best to find us our “dream” home in a market like today, but he also was very honest when looking at other homes. Home buying made simple. Matt put us at ease as we navigated the stress and uncertainty of the home buying process. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable on the local market and had our best interest in mind every step of the way. He also identified numerous defects in our walkthrough, that we otherwise would not have identified, and had the contractors make corrections. Matt was great throughout the process. Before the home was on the market, he went through and pointed out fixes we could do to get the best price. When an offer came in, he broke it down for where various fees were going, and also ran models of what the best case offer would be, and what a likely other offer would cover.
