I could say that having Matt for our realtor made us lucky, but in reality, we were blessed to have found him! The decision to move during a time with so many uncertainties was stressful to say the least. But when it came to choosing where, and going through the process of a new build, Matt was with us every step of the way. He had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. He was an advocate when things didn’t go as planned, and continued to fight for us to make sure we ended up with the home of our dreams! He’s become much more than our realtor, he’s our friend. If you’re looking for a genuinely good person who will support and guide you- Matt is your guy!

Matt is the man. He took the time to understand our needs and provide the guidance we needed when purchasing our first home. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional yet personable. Matt took the time to go above and beyond to ensure our experience and our home exceeded expectations. I don't write reviews unless my experience is either extraordinary, or extraordinarily awful. In this case, working with Matt was extraordinary. I'd work with Matt again and recommend him to anyone else looking for a true partner with your best interest in mind. 10/10 would recommend.

Finding Matt was the best thing that could have happened to my wife and me as we looked to move from Wyoming to Loveland. He took us around to numerous houses and just when it looked like we couldn't find the right house, he found it for us!

He was patient throughout the whole process and I really felt that he was on our side the entire time. He was unflappable - no issue or potential snag could make a dent in his demeanor. like many others, my wife and I are grateful for everything he did for us and are both happy to call him a friend as well as our realtor. Anyone looking to buy or sell in Loveland and the surrounding areas should give Matt a call. They won't regret it!

What can I say about Matt? I have NEVER had better service from anyone, in any business in my life, and I’m 65 years old. He went out of his way to provide us with updates on the construction of our home.
He looked out for our interests for 8 months. Offering help for whatever we needed. Friendly, professional, and caring.
Matt evolved from a business associate to a great friend. I would highly recommend this man to anyone who needs a realtor.

I can’t say enough about how helpful Matthew’s been so far! From day one he’s listened to what I said and helped with anything I’ve needed.
