I truly don’t even know where to start! Matthew Becker is no doubt the most amazing realtor/ broker that I have ever worked with & ill never use anyone else. This was my 2nd experience with him & I once again had an amazing experience. What I was selling was extremely challenging due to a ton of past HOA issues & no way for buyers to get loans. Matt never gave up. He talked to countless realtors, buyers, loan companies, insurance agents, etc. Matt did everything in his power to get it sold for me & he did. Once we were under contract he made sure what I was buying was in good condition and right for me. He went over inspections, explained them, and answered any question I had throughout the whole buying/selling process in a timely manner. A friend recommended that we reach out to Karen to sell our house as we were relocating to a different state. They had recently partnered with Karen during a similar relocation situation so we knew Karen would be familiar with the process.

Karen was very easy to talk to and she had great staging tips for our house. Karen got the house on the market quickly and suggested listing it for a price that we were happy with. She was there each time we had questions and helped us work through each offer that came in, along with the inspection periods.

We moved prior to closing on our house and Karen was able to set up the closing paperwork in our new location so that we didn't have to travel back to STL just to sign papers.

Robyn is quite literally the best of the best. If you’re looking for a relator that makes sure she puts you in a home that’s not only affordable but checks off all your boxes - Robyn is your gal.

I will NEVER forget our experience and I tell all my friends trying to buy a home that if you don’t have a relator like mine, you NEED to switch to Robyn! My current husband and I bought our first home shortly after we got engaged. We had started the process right before he popped the question and looked at homes for over a month. When we first started, it was the middle of 2020, in unprecedented times; we were both at the time unemployed but I had a full time job lined up that paid well. I had just graduated college and had been saving up to make this big purchase! I knew NOTHING about buying a home. Robyn connected us with a fantastic loan provider that gave us an interest rate that cannot be beat. She set us up to look online at homes and favorite ones we wanted to see. At the time, there were not “open houses” and she scheduled every single house tour we saw. We looked at dozens of homes and put down 5 different offers. She made sure every single time we knew what we were offering and gave us the best chance at getting the home. Finally, we landed our perfect starter home, but it as unfortunately the ONLY home my husband didn’t see. She got us BACK into the home so he could take a look to make sure we both agreed this was the place.

Through the entire process, Robyn was incredible. My favorite part was the fact that in every home we toured, while my now husband and I were walking around, dreaming of what it would look like if we lived there, she was busy at work checking all the things we may not pay attention to. She checked the foundation for cracks and water damage, the property for tree trunks near water lines; she knew how old the house, the roof, the appliances were, when it was last painted, if there was an HOA and the fees, etc. she made it LOUD and clear what we’d be getting ourselves into if we made an offer. We saw many homes we never put an offer down, but she stayed happy and confident, ready to be back on the hunt for the right home to call our own.

I cannot recommend her enough 5 stars is not enough to show the appreciation we had for Robyn during our buying experience. I will be coming back to her when my husband and I (+ the two kids we’ve had since) are ready to buy some land and build our dream home!

I could write an essay on all the ways Jason has helped us through the process of finding a home, but I'll try to keep it short: he explained the entire process to us and remained transparent every step of the way. Magnolia Real Estate is the company to get the job done. My family partnered with Magnolia for three different properties. Claire and Jim, have the knowledge and resources that come from years of experience in the industry. They have great communication skills and countless contacts.
Magnolia marketed two properties that I need to sell. The first property had an accepted offer in 4 hours! The second property presented some challenges. The home was older and needed some repairs. Jim put together a plan to get the property ready. His suggestions were right on point. Most were inexpensive. I could not believe how much of a difference this made. Magnolia was able to create a buzz about this home. People were wanting to get in before its opening. We had multiple offers and made more money!
Magnolia helped us find our dream home. We were very specific about what we were looking for. Claire found a plethora of properties that fit our needs. Magnolia negotiated for us.
