It is a real privilege to comment on realty services provided by Matt Finch. Matt helped me on two separate occasions when selling my properties. Circumstance regarding each property where different and Matt rose to the occasion. He put in extra effort, coordinated with the buyer and title co. and cordially responded to all of my inquiries . I have known Matthew for most of my life as a friend, and now I have had the opportunity to see him in action as a realtor, and he is everything you could wish for in a realtor! Matthew helped My Parents sell my grandmother’s home after her passing. He handled the Situation with compassion, understanding, and professionalism.

Realtor of the Year!!!! I can’t thank my new friend enough for all his efforts in finding, securing and completing my new home purchase. I am a Disabled Veteran who sent Matt with a list of not only housing requirements but also a wish list. I could not ask for more from the house he found me, I love it!! We also encounter a few, let’s just say… challenges along the way. Difficult sellers and misrepresentations, a few interesting title issues and a buyer - me - that at times was frustrated and was going to walk. Matt worked through every issue that came up. The number one thing he did was talk to me, straight up, and I’ll say it again because it means a lot… he talked to me, always answered the phone for questions, always called me with updates and was just there to joke around to lighten my mood. When they say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, they are right! So it is very important to have Matt on your team! With him in the toolbox you have access to all the wonderful and very talented people on his team. I recommend him to everyone, especially Veterans and Veterans with disabilities…. He is very familiar with the VA home loan process and knows what to look for to make your quality of life better in your new home

Great outstanding guy! Matt is more like that buddy in realty you’ve been looking for than the traditional realtor. Very down to earth and patient! If it was possible to give Matt more than 5 stars I would be all over it. From the moment we made contact with Matt we knew we were in the right hands. When we had questions Matt was quick to respond with the answer or, in the rare case he was unsure, he knew how to get the answer. Matt is a professional and an advocate for his clients. Even though our journey did not end with purchasing a house we walked away with a realtor for life. I truly can not wait to start this process again knowing Matt is a member of our team!!
