Matthew Hurley

Matt is a well-known leader and visionary in the auction industry. His dream to become a professional auctioneer was born in elementary school and propelled him to an Agriculture major at Penn State. This equipped him to excel in farm, land, and home sales, aligning with his love for the outdoors cultivated while working on local dairy farms. Today, he and his wife Shannon raise their 6 children on their own family farm, tending to beef cattle and hay. Founding Hurley Auctions in 1993 and later Legacy Realty, these endeavors merged into the renowned Hurley Real Estate and Auctions, the leading farm and land professionals in the Mid Atlantic Region. In his free time, Matt cherishes family time, community service, and church involvement. Licensed as an Auctioneer and Real Estate Broker across multiple states, he feels blessed to love what he does and wake up excited for each new day of serving clients.
