Working with Matthew on both our purchase and our sale was a great experience. When we described our must-haves in a new home, he suggested a location to explore, and he was absolutely spot-on! We are here and we love it. When it came to selling our home, he was laser focused on getting us offers that far exceeded our expectations, even in this crazy market. Matthew was great!! Through multiple prospects, and multiple offers he stuck through all of my annoying questions, and last minute requests. When the RIGHT place came available he jumped into action and made it happen despite a lot of competition. After the offer was accepted he remained engaged, making sure that everything that needed to be done was accomplished as quickly and painlessly as possible. Even after the closing he worked diligently to be sure that I got moved in as painlessly as possible. His knowledge of the area, and research into each made each house visit as informative, and pleasant as possible. 10/10. This is what I expected from a Professional Real Estate agent.
