we interviewed a few realtors. Matt was very prepared, showing us clear details about how differences, such as garage, lot size, etc. impacted versus other homes for sale. he was also very helpful in suggesting cleaners and other services to help sell homes.

Choosing Matt to sell our house was the best decision we ever made! I would give him 10 stars if I could!! We had a unique situation (selling our Meridian house while living in another country). And we had just came off a horrendous experience with a property manager. So to say we were nervous to hire someone else, is a massive understatement. But we needn't have worried, Matt went above and beyond for us! He not only had a great plan to sell our house quickly, but he took care of all the details of getting our house ready to sell including, making all the phone calls, arranging jobs and showing up at our house to make sure the work was being done correctly. Nothing was ever to much to ask of him! If he has one strength I would say it's communication, which was high on our priority list. He was in touch with me almost daily, even if it was just a quick text to let me know what was being done with the house and what his daily plans were to get it on the market. I always appreciated knowing exactly where we were in the process and never had any doubt he was working efficiently for our best. It didn't take long before we 100% trusted him (which was a big change from our property manager). Not only is he trustworthy, but he is just about the friendliest person you will meet! We may not have had the privilege of meeting him in person, but his friendliness put us at ease during all those many phone calls. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt if you're thinking of selling or buying! If we make it back to the Boise area we definitely plan on using him again to buy our next home.

Finding Matt was nothing short of a true blessing for my wife and I. After a not so good experience with a different company Matt was absolutely heaven sent. Matt did an incredible job selling our home. He was very professional, easy going and positive through the whole process. We had certain criteria we needed met due to a cross country move and he made everything as smooth as possible in an insane market. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. There were over 30 showings and more than a dozen offers on our home in the first day and a half and Matt stayed on top of all that. He broke down every offer and reviewed the positives and negatives of each one with us. He even purchased a lawnmower from us (I don't think he really needed) that we had to leave behind last minute. Matt is not only a great real estate professional, he is a genuinely good person and we recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
