Matthew brings diverse experience from high-end private party sales for Buyers & Seller's to ski/golf resort real estate developments. His development background includes work with East West Partners and Talisker Corporation in Park City/Deer Valley, and Lowe Enterprises and East West Partners in Lake Tahoe. Previous projects include management/leadership roles in Talisker Club Park City, Argent Deer Valley, One Empire Pass Deer Valley, Tower Residences in Empire Pass Deer Valley, Waldorf Astoria Park City, Enclave at Sun Canyon, and Red Cloud Deer Valley.

In 2010, Matt moved from Lake Tahoe and was drawn to Park City's small-town atmosphere and vibrant community to raise his loving family (wife Shannon and son Miles) and to pursue outdoor adventures. Originally from Eastern Pennsylvania, Matthew attended Villanova University, studying civil and mineral engineering while playing golf for the Villanova team. From 1999 to 2007, he managed private golf courses in the Tahoe Area, including Nakoma Golf Club and Grizzly Ranch Golf Club, as Head Golf Professional.
