Matt Menezes is your expert Realtor specializing in Yuba and Sutter counties but works throughout Northern California. He works with both Buyers and Sellers.
A little about Matt, he recently purchased his first home in the Edgewater Area in Marysville. Before that, he grew up in the Bay Area and moved to Sacramento after high school and attended Sacramento State. He graduated with a Business Degree in Marketing and International Business. Matt worked in Event Management for five years at various venues in downtown Sacramento and Arizona before Covid derailed that part of his career. Once Covid started, he started working with his dad doing real estate photography and met/spoke to over 100 agents in the Yuba/Sutter areas. While doing photography, Matt worked to get his real estate license and has been working with River Valley Realty since 2020. Along with Real Estate, Matt's passion includes watching and playing sports. He is a huge golf enthusiast.
