So, Matt is the hands down best realtor in Delaware possibly the country. Matt constantly went above and beyond for me during the sales process. His approach to the real estate market is modern update and extremely effective. If you are looking for a great realtor, Matt is your guy. If you already went with some else but haven't signed and exclusive contract yet give him a call for a second opinion. Matt is great and his entire team is great. Matt also went above and beyond for me in the buying process.

I decided to buy a home in advance of rates going up and chose Matt as my realtor. I couldn't be happier with the choice. He helped find a great home and then worked with my lender the whole way leading to a close in 30 days. At no point was I unaware of where we were int he process, Matt kept me well informed Additionally, Matt was able to find me contractors who were able to come out right after closing to work on some projects I needed done. I cannot recommend him highly enough if you're looking to buy a home.

What we loved the most about Matt Sandy was his insight and knowledge of what to do right upfront to avoid any disruption or surprises for both us as the seller and for the potential buyer. Having an inspection at no cost to us (seller) prior to even listing our house was genius. Matt Sandy and his team did the most awesome, spectacular listing of our home with the clearest pictures, perfect angles, pristine colors and unbelievable drone shots of the property that truly SOLD the house! My husband and I very much liked working with Matt as our realtor. He was very responsive in giving us updates of new listing of homes in the area. He worked with the price range that we were looking for and has a good eye for seeing things in the homes that would have to be looked at by an inspector/contractor. He worked at getting us a fair price for our home and explained the mortgage process to us and gave of some good contacts for a mortgage lender and home inspector.

Matt was so patient helping me find the perfect condo. Now he is listing my house. He paid for a pre-inspection so we can avoid surprises when a buyer has an inspection. Matt was amazing. Our previous realtors hadn't sold our house in 2 years. Matt came in and immediately devised a strategy for us. Our house was under contract, within a week of it "going live", for almost $100k over our previous best offer. Besides being energetic and obviously competent, Matt excelled at communication. He was always prompt in conveying news to us and was accessible for our questions day or night. I would recommend Matt over every other relator I've ever dealt with.

Matt Sandy was the best choice we made for listing our home. Matt gave us the necessary steps that he believed would be essential to selling our home.
One of the key recommendations was getting a stucco inspection report before placing our home on the market. We did and addressed all remediation recommendations that was required. Wh jk en our home went on the market, we provided documentation to potential buyers who may have had stucco questions.
