The Schneider Group, Matthew specifically, acted as the listing agent of my ranch home in Glenview. To say I was pleased with him and the entire process would be an understatement. Every step in the process from listing, marketing, showings and negotiating were done in an unrushed, timely manner with everything thoroughly explained. Communication and follow up was phenomenal. In several instances I would be thinking of contacting Matthew with a question and with almost frightening coincidence I'd get a call or text from him on the very topic.
After this transaction, I wouldn't think to have anyone else represent me on either side of a real estate transaction.

Highly recommend group. Purchased my home via Ibrahim in 2020 and my home value has already increased upwards of 175k. Ibrahim was extremely helpful and patient during our search. We saw over 15 homes and his enthusiasm and energy was the same from the first home we saw up till the 15th home. We went on to use Ibrahim 3 more times when my other siblings bought a home.

Matthew Schneider at The Schneider Group helped my fiancé and I buy our first home. It was a huge step for her and I and we had a lot of anxiety around the process given the interest rate environment and low inventory. Matthew Schneider helped us through all of it, making himself and his team available to us for showings and putting us in touch with other skilled professionals for inspections and engineering opinions. His involvement helped us avoid making a disastrous choice in our home selection when he helped identify a critical structural flaw on a home we were ready to buy. For as long as we live in Illinois, we will be working with him and his team, as it is hard to imagine a better, more professional experience.

Marla and Mathew
Schneider and their team are experienced and efficient realtors. Our house was sold in one day! Prior to the sale, Marla and Mathew gave me very helpful ideas regarding house staging. Their team helped me to prepare house for sale. They moved furniture, helped me to get rid of a huge work station by dismantling it. Mathew changed the broken hinges in the kitchen cabinet. They were available day and night to address all my concerns and provide help.
Marla was a terrific neighbor. Every Thanksgiving she provided free pies for the Indian Ridge neighborhood. For Forth of July her team decorated our neighborhood with the flags.
I highly recommend the Schneider team!
