Started my career in New Homes in 2001, then ended that in 2006 to dive into the resale market. If you need help in the New Home sector, I am still quite proficient in helping go over Builder guidelines and paperwork, while also getting all inspections through out the build taken care of.

Ultimately my best set of skills to all of my clients is finding solutions to move you smoothly. The track record after all of the years, really just comes down to getting things done. When things go array, over the years I have learned that there are many tools to use as solutions. These tools have been picked up through many different mentors and also my Mother when we worked closely together in Real Estate.
