Hi my names Todd mcquin, my wife and I were first time home buyers. During the pandemic house buying was a extremely tough market. Before we met Matt houses were being purchased before we had time to make an offer, we met Matt on a wed and our offer had been accepted by Friday night!! He was clear and precise and honest and upfront about what we needed to do and when and how and everything anybody could need to know! Everyone said buying houses was horrible but Matt made everything go smoothly and hopefully he’s still in business when I want to buy again!!!

I’ve done 3 deals with Matt now (two sales and a purchase) and every time he’s been amazing! This latest, I decided to sell my rental house but I was out of town. Matt coordinated getting some necessary work done without breaking the budget and I closed less than two months after originally reaching out to him!!
