Matt is hands down the best man for the job. He made the time for us to see any property we were interested in, and helped dive into what we really needed in our home. He never pushed us to buy a property that we were not 100% with. Through our time working with Matt we found our perfect home, and will be coming back to him for our next! Can't say enough about how great our time with Matt has been, and can say we gained a friend & great resource!

Could not recommend Matt enough! My girlfriend and I just closed on our first house yesterday, and could not have been more pleased with the entire process. We have been working with Matt for the entirety of our home-buying adventure, and throughout the whole process he was always very quick to respond, easy to work with, and helpful providing information even outside of the typical scope. Matt couldn’t have done a better job. He patiently showed us houses for over a year. When we went to showings he responsibly pointed out problems that we would have overlooked. He set us up with a great mortgage broker. Throughout the process he was always responsive to our calls and emails. His communication and interpersonal skills made the process fun. Matt helped consult me on if I should purchase a condo or not. He took me to tour a spot and made sure that we thought through every last detail. In the end, we decided that it wasn’t the best opportunity for me at this time.
