About Matthew

Matt's family has been selling real estate in Anne Arundel County in 1950. Since starting his own business in the March of 2010, Matt has sold and settled over $20M in business and worked over 70 deals.

In 2010, he received Champion's "First Year Excellence Award" which is the company's equivalent to Rookie of the Year.

In year two (2011), he continued the momentum to become the #2 salesperson in the Severna Park Office, #9 in sales for the entire company and was named the #1 Agent in Anne Arundel County Under 30 in 2011.

In year three (2012), Matt was named to the 20 in their Twenties List by The Daily Record which according to their website, "honors Maryland’s up-and-comers who are in their 20s. Selected by The Daily Record staff, honorees will be chosen on the basis of professional accomplishment, civic involvement and impact of achievement. The program celebrates the best and brightest under 30 who may have not earned their first million but whose creativity and spirit are already contributing to a new energy in Maryland.".

He was also nominated and accepted a position as a Board Member for the Severna Park Chamber of Commerce. He's also an active member of D.S.A.C. (Distinguished Sales Associate Club) and The Masters Club.

Matt is very proud of his family history in the area and in the local real estate market and he takes the job of continuing the family name in real estate very seriously.

Matt and his team are wonderful! This is the second home I’ve purchased and the first one I’ve sold with them. Between referrals to some of their partners and the help of people on the team, i was able to make a great deal on the home I sold and find a new home I absolutely love. Matt worked very hard and I will definitely use him again in the future!

Matt Wyble served as our agent for selling a house in the Severna Park area. Matt was well versed on the market conditions and came up with a marketing plan that we appreciated and which ultimately worked well. Our sale was via a corporate relocation process and agency and with that came some challenges. Matt maintained his composure even when dealing with those challenges and with his persistence and intelligent approach to the situation we were able to overcome the hurdles and close on the sale on time.
