Matthias John is a real estate professional based in Central Virginia, working across the triangle formed by Charlottesville, Staunton, and Lexington, and the counties that connect them: Albemarle, Augusta, Nelson, Rockbridge, and Orange.

Originally from Germany and fluent in German, English, and Spanish, Matthias moved to Virginia in 2014. He holds two graduate degrees, in Public Policy and in Political Science and Linguistics, which show up most in how he structures analysis, explains trade-offs, and thinks through the longer-term implications of a decision. His clients tend to be people who want to understand what they are doing, not just be walked through a process.
He is a partner at Corcoran Wiley, a boutique firm affiliated with the global Corcoran network. He lives outside Charlottesville with his wife and two daughters, is active in Rotary, and has a genuine connection to this part of Virginia, its history, its landscape, and the people who have built something here.
