Where to begin? Matthieu is hands down the most thoughtful and truly interested Real Estate Agent I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond; starting from his attention to detail, to his willingness even late on the weekends, to discuss our issues and concerns.

He went above and beyond -- working deftly with my elderly parents (who were selling their home) and my brother and I, who were trustees of the property. Matthieu would patiently explain and re-explain things to all four of us, even accommodating my west coast time zone. We started our house hunt unfortunately in the middle of COVID when visits were awkward and offers were through the roof! This was our first home and we knew next to nothing about house buying. Where to even begin with Matthieu. He is hands down my favorite real estate agent in westchester. There is truly no other I would work with. First he helped my mother buy her co-op in Hartsdale back in 2019. Where he walked us through the process and was so so informative, patient, and pointed us in every direction needed and had recommendations for us along the way.
Fast forward to 2023, he helped me purchase my first co-op in the same town! He is honest, responsive, professional and extremely understanding. Gosh, how to narrow this down?!

I recently closed on the sale of my condo in White Plains, and to say that I had the good fortune of having had Matthieu Allirot from Sotheby’s/Julia B. Fee Realty working with me, guiding me through every step of the process is a monumental understatement—Matthieu is exceptional at what he does. Having worked with several Agents in the past, it is fair to say that he is in a league of his own. Matthieu a true professional in every sense of the word, and he also happens to be a really good guy. I cannot recommend working with him any more highly. It was a ‘happy accident’ that I found him, but I couldn’t be any more pleased with the job he did of selling my home.

Matthieu made the entire process of selling my condo as easy as could be, leaving nothing to chance—he even brought in his own professional photographer to take photos for my listing, which made a such a difference. There was no small detail that Matthieu didn’t consider, every one of which turned out to matter in the end.

When I saw my listing, I was astonished! Matthieu’s hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home paid off - my listing looked amazing and I received an offer above my asking price within days of the listing going up.

It was obvious from the start that Matthieu valued and prioritized communication, transparency, and honesty, and his actions consistently backed that up. His approach was an especially collaborative one—it felt like we were a team every step of the way, and that made the process a more enjoyable one than those I can recall from the past. Matthieu was always very responsive and thorough in answering my calls and questions, and I had many! He walked me through comps and other data throughout the process, more than once, and his knowledge of the housing market seemed to be endless. He was an absolute joy to work with.

I am SO grateful to Matthieu for all of the time, effort and professionalism he dedicated to making my sale such a success, and I look forward to having a chance to work with him again in the future. I realize that there are countless Agents in the area to choose from, but I think most folks would be hard-pressed to find as superb an Agent as Matthieu Allirot!

Matt was an excellent agent and advocate on our behalf and we would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a house in the Westchester area. We started working with Matt in Feb of 2022 and were able to find the perfect place for us by May.

Matt was always available to work around our schedules and see homes when it was convenient for us, even driving us on a few different occasions. He is also very knowledgeable about all the small towns and villages throughout Westchester. He helped us navigate the difficult real estate market and put in unique offers that gave us a real chance (and ultimately a house) without going over our budget.

One particularly telling example of why we liked Matt so much is that we were actually out of town when our offer was accepted and Matt handled everything, including the inspection, on our behalf.

...but there are so many more.

Matthieu starts off as your real estate agent and turns into your friend. Someone you can count on to help guide you through your realty learning curve, revel in your excitement right along with you, and walk you through any and all stress that comes along with renting or owning...and there is plenty of that!
