We initially connected with Mattias as part of our “interviews” of local realtors and selected him because he seemed to be data driven and we enjoyed seeing his market analysis flyers. From the get-go, we could tell that he wasn’t pushy and didn’t use scare tactics/Fear-of-missing-out to push us to move our timeline. Two years after our initial meeting is when we decided to seriously enter the market as buyers and he was the right person for us.

House hunting in the post-Covid market had its challenges which in addition to our requirements limited our options but Mattias adapted to all that and was always ready to provide information and schedule viewings when asked. He’s punctual, has integrity, and works very well with other local realtors and lenders. As stated earlier he isn’t pushy and that was definitely a plus when the market got wild and he didn't pressure us to make a decision that wasn’t supported by facts, data, or what we thought was right for us.

Regardless of your knowledge of the local market or home buying process, Mattias will be an asset and will provide informed and tangible data. I highly recommend adding Mattias to your team of real estate professionals during your house hunt.

He also helped with finding a local inspector to perform necessary inspection and movers to help us with getting all of our belongings from NOVA to our new home in Harrisonburg.

Mattias was great to work with. As a first-time homebuyer, it was comforting to work with someone who really knew what he was doing. He was responsive, gave thorough answers to all our questions, and checked in with us regularly. He was able to point out things we wouldn't have thought about or noticed ourselves, and had recommendations for contractors when needed. I wouldn't hesitate to use him if/when we would ever end up selling down the road.
