Mattie was super helpful and informative throughout the entire home buying process. She was quick to respond to all of our texts/emails, and went above and beyond show us any houses we were interested in. Her knowledge of the market allowed us to put forth a competitive offer on what is now our home, and we were able to close within two weeks of our offer being accepted. While we hope to remain in this home for the next several years, we look forward to working with Mattie again when the need for a new home arises!

One thing that stands out to me is her meticulous attention to detail. From the initial listing to the final closing documents, she left no stone unturned, ensuring that every aspect of the selling process was handled with care and precision. She also used her vast industry knowledge and experience to market my property effectively, resulting in multiple offers and ultimately a extremely quick closing along with a sale price that exceeded my expectations.

Throught the entire process, Mattie was an excellent communicator.She kept me informed every step of the way, providing updates and answering questions promptly and thoroughly. I always felt that I was in good hands and that my interests were her top priority.

My wife and I bought our house 31 + years ago. Putting our house up for sale was a foreign experience to us. It was both exciting and a little anxious navigating the unknown. We sought out a professional that we could trust. We found Ms. Mattie Cymek to be a forth right, open and honest professional that we felt comfortable and confident with. She did not let us down. Ms. Cymek explained the process and easily navigated us through the process. Her insight, attention to details and recommendations helped us get our house on the market in a timely manner. Our house sold in 3 days! We had over 100 people schedule an appointment to look at our house, more than 60 people visited our house and we received about (8) officers. This does not include the 3 people who tried to buy the house before the sale went live.

Ms. Cymek was great from the beginning to end with constant follow up and follow through. Ms. Cymek stayed with with us through the settlement process. Since my wife and I had never sold a house before, we felt comfortable and confident knowing that Ms. Cymek was there with us, looking out for best interest.

Omg! I really have a lot to say. Mattie and Becky are the best. We got our first home last two weeks Friday after a year of looking. We were thinking they’d stop checking in after awhile. I’m kinda picky and difficult to please but I never once felt rushed into settling. They helped us get the dream home, recommended great and reliable home inspector, and mortgage broker. They were patient with us and walked us through to the end and even after (Mattie helped us out with our dishwasher last Sunday 😘).
The whole process was painless and easy. I wasn’t ready to go out with my newborn looking for houses in this COVID situation but God bless them they made sure the home is what I would like and also wiped off the door knobs before I could get there.
I wish I could buy another home just so I can keep working with them. Everyone is good at what they do but these two are excellent at what they do. They genuinely care. It’s not all about the money to them but the relationship and the satisfaction of the client.
I bless the day I called them.
I’m glad they’re family now.
