I’m so happy I met Maty ! It’s my first time trying to purchase a home and I had no idea where to start or how it would be possible. After my consultation, Maty and her team explained in depth the process of buying a home and answered my millions of questions. She always answers my phone calls at any time and shows that she truly has my best interest at heart. This journey has been stressful but with someone like Maty who has experience and connections it brings a great deal of relief for me. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who wants to buy a home and do not know where to start or do not think they’re eligible, to seek guidance from Maty and her team. For those that don’t think it’s possible, I’m 23 with an average job and I have your typical debts (car, school, credit cards) I didn’t think I could even start thinking about purchasing a home especially at my age. Every obstacle that came my way she was readily prepared with multiple solutions on how to tackle the problem. Maty and her team continue to prove that with proper education about home buying and guidance, you can have your dream home !

We’re so glad that we met Maty and Janet in one of the open house last year when we were searching for a home. As a first time home buyer they made the whole process easy and seamless. They provided us all the information that we needed and they always make themselves available whenever we needed them. They were very responsive in all our calls, text and emails which made the whole process easier. They always made sure they answer all our queries, they were there every step of the way to guide us. Highly recommend their team as a whole, they are very efficient, knowledgeable and pros on what they do. You will never go wrong in choosing them in buying your home. In our case it was harder, we we’re so worried because we have to move out from our apt. In 60 days time but they’re team made it possible for us to get a home before we end our lease. Now we’re so happy to finally move to our new home. We’re happy to choose them as our team during a huge life decision. Highly recommend Maty & Janeth without reservations.

Maty was incredibly communicative through out the entire process. We were moving to the local area from the other side of the country. She was assistive throughout the looking-for-a-place process and the application process. She took the time to virtually walk us through possible options via video call, which was greatly appreciated. She even kept us updated on any changes from the time we signed the lease to when we got the keys. If we ever move again, we will be using her services. Worth every penny.

Cannot thank Maty and Yaneth enough for guiding us through what feels like the wildest roller coaster I've ever been through. They were patient, informative, straight to the point and as honest as they could be in our situation. Buying a home is extremely tedious especially as a first time home buyer in today's market and Maty as well as Yaneth made it a breeze for us.
