Maura Mcspedon

A lifelong resident of Westchester, Maura has lived with her husband in Pleasantville since 2000 and is the proud mother of four children. She graduated from The University of North Carolina - Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economics.

Prior to real estate, Maura had a very successful and high-profile career in Public Relations and Marketing in the fashion industry. She held Director and Vice President titles respectively at both Calvin Klein and Hugo Boss. Working with luxury brands such as these, required her to show a high degree of care and attention to detail. Reaching the end consumer through creative marketing was paramount to the success of these companies. Working for such global companies afforded her the opportunity to work in, explore and appreciate more than 10 different countries.

After leaving the fashion industry, Maura followed a lifelong interest of hers in real estate and became a Relocation Consultant where she assisted Fortune 500 companies in helping their senior executives relocate to Westchester County. Her experience created a solid foundation for her success as a Real Estate Salesperson.

Presently, she is a dedicated, professional, full-time Real Estate Salesperson serving Chappaqua, Pleasantville, Hawthorne, Mount Kisco and the surrounding towns. She is enthusiastic about her work in helping both buyers and sellers at any financial level. Her ability to listen and understand what her clients need and want, sets her apart. Through hard work, integrity and effective communication, she is sure to ease the stress inherent in buying or selling a home. Further, she is an award winning agent, and is actively involved in the community through the PTA, a member of the Parish Family Activity Council in her church and coaches her daughter's CYO basketball team.

Her professional associations and memberships include, member of Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service (EAMLS).

When not assisting clients, she is deeply involved in her children's school and sports, while exercising and spending time with her family and friends are also on her high priority list.
