About Maureen

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest and most stressful decisions you can make. My goal is to make the process as enjoyable and as simple as possible by guiding you through the process and helping you deal with all the parties involved including lawyers, bankers, home inspectors, building inspectors, title companies etc.
I have experience with a variety of challenging sales situations including homes with building violations, buried oil tanks that leak, tenants that won’t leave after the property is sold just to mention a few.  My experience has allowed me to build up a network of professionals who can help in any situation.
To search for real estate use my search page which is a direct feed from the multiple listing service which means that the listings are current. I’ve found that a lot of the internet sites have old information.
