Maureen was such a blessing to our family through the process of preparing and selling our home. When we decided to move despite having four young children, I was terrified. I had the unfortunate duty in selling my parents home after my Father passed away. The home was very sentimental to me. My family had lived there for forty years. The home was just too big for a single person. Besides, this home needed a family. When it came to selecting an agent, I wanted someone I could trust. I interviewed 3 agents and Maureen was interview number 2. The moment I opened the door and she introduced herself I knew we had a connection. As we toured the home, I told her the stories about how we did this and that to the home, she absorbed the information and was deeply interested. My stories were emotional and I even broke down in front of her. Maureen showed great sympathy and provided me comfort that the process will be smooth and she will honor my parents'legacy. Maureen just had the special "thing" that was not there in my first agent interview. It was definitely not there in my 3rd interview either. I called Maureen right away and asked if she would represent me. She accepted and I was excited. Maureen wrote a beautiful listing that my Mom & Dad would have been proud. Maureen is a true professional She explained and guided me through the process. Maureen assisted me in the staging and did other things very few agents would of never attempted. Maureen is a roll up her sleeves and let's do this kind of gal. If Maureen did not know the answer she would not BS me and she would find out and get back to me. The house sold very quickly and she continued to be my counselor in the closing procedures. She looked out for me in every way. Maureen has a way of making a professional business relationship into something that you want to continue into a personal friendship. Maureen sincerely cares about you and will take you under her wing. There is no way to describe it but Maureen is one of the best. I told Maureen that she may not be perfect, but she was perfect for me.

Our experience in working with Maureen on the sale of our house far exceeded expectations! Maureen is very knowledgeable about the market and worked with us to determine the appropriate listing price on our house to make the most money on the sale, while still driving a great deal of traffic to the property. In fact, the final sale price was far more than what we ever thought we could have listed and sold our house for!

Throughout the process she was diligent in keeping us informed from initial the walk-through to the final closing and was always very responsive to our emails, texts, and phone calls. When it came to showing the house she provided some staging elements to help spruce up a vacant house and provide potential buyers that feeling of being at home. She even purchased and planted some flowers in the beds out front to improve the initial drive-by curb appeal of the property! The negotiation process went smoothly, but then we ran into a few hiccups related to some unanticipated inspection and appraisal findings. In spite of these challenges Maureen never lost her cool and helped us navigate and resolve those challenges to get the process to final closing!

We are so grateful to have worked with Maureen through this process and she will be our first call the next time we need help with a real estate transaction!

Wife became overwhelmed with the house and all the things that needed to be, so I called Maureen to find out what we could get for our house. She surprised us with her suggested asking price. After a day or so, we decided to go ahead and list they house. We did. And that's when Maureen sprang in to action. We had already distributed some furniture and other things to family members, so she helped us find things to fill in some of the gaps. I can't think of another realtor who would go to such lengths to help a client.

We got an offer within 36 hours of the time our listing was posted. We looked at it and decided it was just too good to pass up.

So, the house was sold and we had a short period of time to get out. Well, we did it. All ended up well. We got moved.

Maureen helped us find exactly the house my wife and I were looking for. Together, my wife, Maureen and I looked at a minimum of 20 houses over six weeks, until we finally found the right one! Maureen was extremely responsive to any issue that arose when we navigated the purchasing process. Communicating between the seller, buyer, two real estate agents, and multiple contractors was difficult to juggle, with my wife and I both working full time. Maureen was a great communicator and kept all parties on track throughout the whole purchase; making the phone calls and visits necessary to keep things moving.

Simply put: Maureen is incredible! As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions, and was extremely picky about where I wanted to live. She gave up countless evenings on very short notice to drive us around to look at houses (which were 30 minutes+ from where she lives, mind you!) and never had anything but a positive attitude. Once we finally placed an offer and it was accepted, we had a very lengthy closing process (over two months—due to issues with the home itself). Throughout the entire ordeal, Maureen was very communicative with us and the other parties and was a champion for us at all times, fielding all questions and making sure everything was done correctly. I would recommend her to anyone; she is a true joy to work with!
