Maureen is a very experienced and knowledgeable realtor. We were looking for a house and found one in the Downers Grove area. Maureen lives in DG , so she was very helpful in providing information regarding the area. She is also very well connected and was able to provide multiple contacts for various services during the buying process. She was easy to reach during the buying and closing process and patient with all of our questions. Even now , 8 months after buying the house , she still answers her phone and gives us info and advise for various things! All in all , we had a very good experience and we def recommend her !

We have had several friends use her and she prices properties right, she goes out of her way for her clients to help them find the right home for you and she gets your house sold. We were so fortunate to have Maureen as our realtor. She is truly an expert in her field. As first time home buyers, she made us feel so confident in our decision. Throughout the process Maureen was incredibly responsive, thoughtful and organized. She provided caring, personalized guidance to fit our family's needs. She gave us great ideas and posed important questions for us to consider. It should also be noted that her network is vast and impressive - anytime we needed to look into a service (structural engineers, contractors, mortgage lenders, handymen, real estate lawyers, home inspectors, even daycare) Maureen was quick to provide solid references. Maureen is an incredibly hardworking, reliable and honest individual. Every detail in the home search and contingency process was handled speedily and thoroughly. Anyone lucky enough to have her as their realtor will be in excellent hands. Maureen helped me purchase my first home a little over a year ago. I would recommend her to any potential homebuyer, as she took a very stressful task (buying a home) and made it a relatively easy process. She worked around my schedule, did research on homes she knew I would like, and was available pretty much around the clock if I had questions. Even after a year, she still checks in from time to time to make sure everything is still going good, which shows how much she cares for her clients.

My wife and I cannot speak more highly of the experience we had working with Maureen for the purchase of our home in Downers Grove. Aside from her extensive knowledge of the housing market in the general suburban area in which we were shopping, Maureen took a personal approach and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs throughout the entire closing process, be it her presence for our several one-off visits to the home, her experience that we leveraged for negotiations with the seller, and her advice on reputable local contractors to use for projects we had planned once the keys were in our hands.
