Maureen and her husband Herb raised four wonderful boys in the Valley. “There’s always been something special about this area,” she said. “My boys had all the educational, athletic, and growth opportunities we all want to offer our children, and it also gave them a profound sense of community. Over the years, they grew to love the Valley as much as we did. We all appreciate the variety of activities we always have available to us: skiing, biking, hiking, kayaking, and more!”

Mo Garrette is outstanding.

Last year we were in the process of looking for a NH home. We really never considered North Conway though knew it was a highly desirable area. On a lark we visited and met Maureen (Mo) Garrette who became our realtor. Immediately we were comfortable as her personable, friendly nature is sincere and engaging. Mo is incredibly knowledgeable and committed. You never feel like "just a client" but instead feel like you have in your corner a trusted problem solver and confidant. We are convinced we never would have ended up in North Conway were it not for Mo Garrette. Not only did she expertly navigate us through the purchasing process, she has proven to be a local resource for so much more. In fact, we tease Mo about "writing a book" about North Conway and Mount Washington Valley. You can't go wrong with Mo.

Mo took great care of me as a first time homebuyer. She was super supportive of my inexperience as a real estate purchaser and helped me grow to understand market trends and the buying process. She was extremely responsive to my inquiries, often getting me in to view a property at a moment's notice, even arranging viewings with a colleague in order to meet my schedule. Mo is easy to talk to, a genuinely kind person, and has lots of connections throughout the valley. Overall an excellent realtor to work with!
