We have sold two homes with Maureen Kemp. Both times, Maureen worked tirelessly to market the properties, hold multiple open houses, and bring in potential buyers. Throughout the process, Maureen was very communicative, and always answered our questions immediately. She made herself available for lengthy phone calls and texted updates often. Maureen is a long-time DeLand resident and knows DeLand and West Volusia very well. She is active in the community and understands the pros and cons of the different neighborhoods and areas of town. During our second sale, we had to sell the home from out of state, and Maureen kept on top of our vacant home which really helped make us feel secure about the process. Closings were smooth with Maureen watching over every detail. Highly recommend working with Maureen and her excellent team at Kemp Realty Group.

You always find the best by "Word of Mouth" Thats how I found Maureen and Kemp Realty Group. After livining in DeLand a long time it was finally time to sell and it was a buyers market. However Maureen had buyers lined up, offering asking price. When the first buyer couldn't close, she had backup buyers waiting at asking price. I believe she did everything possible to help me, I'm now out of state and she made a difficult task as easy as could be. Thank you so much Maureen & your team. I think if you intend to buy or sell in Deland - Nobody knows it better than Marueen and she has a smile that would clear a cloudy day.

Maureen was an excellent resource who helped me through the process of building a home in an development and ensuring all documents for the home and mortgage were correct. She also was an emotional coach, when I was down she was there to calm my nerves and remind me this is just part of the process. A great realtor you should consider for selling or buying a home!
