We have sold two homes with Maureen Kemp. Both times, Maureen worked tirelessly to market the properties, hold multiple open houses, and bring in potential buyers. Throughout the process, Maureen was very communicative, and always answered our questions immediately. She made herself available for lengthy phone calls and texted updates often. Maureen is a long-time DeLand resident and knows DeLand and West Volusia very well. She is active in the community and understands the pros and cons of the different neighborhoods and areas of town. During our second sale, we had to sell the home from out of state, and Maureen kept on top of our vacant home which really helped make us feel secure about the process.
