Maurice grew up just North of Santa Barbara, California, where he loved the coastal way lifestyle and organizing celebrity events in Hollywood. Football is his first love and unfortunately had an injury set back his college football career. Maurice or also known as (Mo) in the professional MX/SX industry, and got to experience traveling to supercross, was featured in a movie, and eventually managed his own SX team which was sponsored by Mercedes Benz. He has lived in Bellevue for about 5 years after a childhood friend was picked by the Seattle Seahawks and loves meeting new people every day. What excites him most about the Seattle & Los Angeles Real Estate Market is the undeveloped land and the luxury new construction opportunities.
