My wife and I were contemplating on if we were ready to try out of state living, so we came to the conclusion to experience it first by leasing a home in a newly built development that wasn’t to far from our work. We tried several companies to no avail but then we finally came in contact with Mr. English who recognized our potential and ability to uphold the qualifications and agreement in which his company desired. Mr. English came across to us with professionalism and respect and walked us step by step into an approval which began our journey. Mr. English helped my purchase my first home. He was attentive and very informative. He helped me every step of the way. Making sure I stayed well informed with everything that was going on with the purchase of my house. I thought buying a home during the pandemic would be a nightmare but nope it was a breeze. I started looking at homes just after Thanksgiving and closed on January 22nd. Mr. English was professional and worked really hard to makes sure I got the best deal on my home. The customer service I received was unmatched. I would never use another realtor. English Realty has a client for life.

Maurell is amazing. I was going through the NACA program with an in-house realtor who was NOT knowledgeable about the new construction process. Long story short, I had to fire that realtor and knew I had to work with Maurell. I learned so much from him in the first 2 hours of him working with us. I was so happy to have him on our side; he is well known by ALL of the new construction companies which made me feel at ease. During each step of the process he ensured everything was as it should be and let us know when to push and what questions to ask when deciding on items for our new construction. During our walk through he spotted issues that myself nor my husband would not have known to look for and I was able to advocate for myself and get those items fixed. At our closing he attended to ensure we understood the process and gifted us with a wonderful basket. Maurell has such great energy. He constantly called us to check in on how we were feeling after each step, he called us after we closed to see if we needed anything. We were getting work done on our house before moving in and offered to assist with some of those items so we didn’t have to travel from NY each time. I can go on and on about Maurell. As long as I am local, he we be my forever realtor. Thank you for everything! You made our home buying experience so easy and successful.

Maurell has been incredible in helping my wife and I with our house search and purchase. He has been very hands-on even when he didn’t have to be throughout our entire home buying process. Maurell has provided us with immeasurable guidance and we would of not been able to do it without him. He is really
professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate industry. He was able to point out aspects of the house that needed correction where we would of otherwise been stuck with faulty construction. He even went above and beyond with providing us with a care package that helped my wife and I acclimate as we were making the transition to moving into the house.
