Maximilian Olivier

Max Olivier is a true Floridian born and raised from a family with two generations of real estate experience in the state. Max has had the opportunity to gain immense knowledge of the various Florida landscapes and what they offer through his travels and experience from the Eastern shoreline to the tip of the panhandle. His career’s foundation is based in Luxury Waterfront Real Estate and is synonymous with the boating community.


Realizing that he was able to combine his love and knowledge of the Florida outdoors by brokering large land deals. In 2021, Max and his partner Zachary purchased a large tract of land in Taylor County, FL and successfully opened one of their first tortoise mitigation banks. This program helped protect one the states most important species and brought incredible return on investment.
