Great relator, covers everything a home buyer or seller needs so the buyer or seller does not have to worry about missing anything! She is amazing! I had Meagan help me buy a home while I was away on a Navy ship. Meagan had a lot to do, working with a new HOA, working with the home inspector, working with the title insurance agency, working with the selling broker and a lot of other tasks like getting the utilities changed over. I have worked with other relators and none have taken care of all the small tasks associated with buying a home. To make matters even tougher the seller wanted a fast closing and Meagan made the tight schedule work. I can't thank Meagan enough. She is the best, no other realtor compares. I have bought 3 homes in the Colorado area and Meagan has been my broker for all three.

I have been working with Meagan for 4 years. Meagan is the most hardworking, honest, fair and energetic realtor I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot of realtors. I have at least 20 examples where Meagan went above and beyond. She works hard to make sure everyone knows the situation, she does not shy away from hard situations, she has connections in every facet of buying a home, repairing a home and inspecting a home.

If you ask her to help she will be back in touch with you in hours with an answer. She follows up on every sale. She makes the effort to check that things are going smoothly and fixes anything that is not going smoothly in such a way that the buyer/seller may not even know she had to fix something. Buying or selling real estate is complicated process and Meagan is the best in her field at making the transaction happen smoothly.

I don't even know where to begin with Meagan. We just closed on our third house with Meagan, and I'ver never known an agent to go so far above and beyond to take care of their clients. Meagan has built a terrific team around herself, to handle anything and everything the home buying experience can throw at you. On the most recent house, I was out of town during Thanksgiving, but we had a tight timeline to close. Meagan set up the home inspection with her team of experts, and knew, due to the age of the house, that the plumbing system was likely shot. After a sewer scope, we found out she was right, and we're able to negotiate 10k off the offer price. She is worth her wait in gold, and I would never think of using anyone else to navigate my deals!
