Originally from the Adirondack region of New York, as a young child, Meagan spent most of her summers in Maine. Some of her fondest memories involve exploring the amazing coastline and wandering through thickets of blueberry bushes. As she got older, those family trips to Maine became less frequent, but the strong memories endured. After graduating from Glen Falls High School, Meagan attended SUNY Purchase where she studied liberal arts, with a minor in women's studies — both fascinating topics but it was clear she had no idea what she wanted to do. So, off to Old Orchard Beach to spend a long summer, and at the end of the season, Meagan packed up and followed the sun, moving to Southern California. While living on Redondo Beach she worked in the restaurant industry, celebrity stalked and basked in no humidity (and therefore frizz-free hair!) Her California life lasted for three years, just long enough for her to realize she really belonged in New England.
Meagan lived in Maine for less than six months when she discovered my passion for real estate. It provided the perfect fit for all the things she does best — she absolutely loves helping people fulfill their dreams, and finding the perfect home for them is where she makes a difference. No matter what Meagan is doing, she is always thinking about real estate — whether developing a new listing, digging for the perfect property, or exploring ways to do more, be more. To Meagan, this is not work, it is natural. It may not always be easy, but it is definitely natural. She strives to make her clients feel comfortable in the process with her, to have an experience- not just be a transaction.
When she allows herself some off time, Meagan tries to get into the woods for a long hike or on the golf course. She teaches spin classes, forcing herself to have a little time to herself during the work week. She has been the fall and spring head coach for Girls on the Run since 2017 where she loves to help shape young girls into strong and confident females! Volunteering is a way of life for Meagan as is guiding clients in their real estate endeavors.
