Meahgan was absolutely amazing in helping us find a house in this crazy market. When working with her it really felt like she was working hard to help us find something that was right for us and not just trying to make a commission. She did a great job at pointing out any defects in a property to help us be aware of anything we'd need to fix if we decided to purchase and helped us find the exact right offer amount to make for the property.

She was always responsive to any questions we had and helped us through the entire process. I would absolutely recommend her as a buyer agent to anyone searching for a home.

Meahgan Korda is exceptional at her job. My wife and I were moving to the area from Florida for my new job at KCTV5. We did not have enough time to head up to KC ourselves but we reached out to Meahgan and she was happy to head to the homes we were interested in. She did pictures, live video and even recorded a separate video for us to revisit! Not only that but she went the extra mile in checking out the major concerns of any home. Plumbing, electrical, foundation, roof....she went above and beyond. She is so easy to get along with and really listens to your needs. She will be my pick when we sell and buy again!

Let me start off by saying Meaghan is a superstar. She is super attentive, she's on time with everything, showed up to things she did not have to, and she gives honest advice and opinions. Takes her time making sure you are seeing every little detail, and flaw when picking out a house. Was super pleasant to work with. I recommend her 100% and is the only realtor I will use in the area for anything. Best home buying experience ever. 5 stars.
