Mechelle exceeded every one of our expectations! Prior to hiring Mechelle I did some research on real estate professionals in the area and Mechelle's name always came to the top of the list. We were selling a house in a community that we had not lived in for more than 20 years. I believed that living 4 hours away would create some challenges but not with Mechelle. I assumed she would know the local market and she certainly did. She assisted us with all facets of the listing and selling including helping us find local laborers to get the house in the shape it needed to be to maximize the sales price. In addition since we didn't live locally she greatly assisted us with all of the paperwork remotely. Her professionalism, guidance, expertise, and kind gentle nature were exceptional. Simply put, we could not have had a better experience. We highly recommend Mechelle for all of your real estate needs.
