Meg is the greatest real estate agent we’ve ever had. We have bought and sold 6 houses over our 37 years of marriage, and none of them came close to Meg Robinson.
Through this selling our house and buying a new one in six weeks, this transaction was by far, the smoothest one. I really feel the reason for this is that I had the greatest confidence in Meg every step of the way. To start, she found us a new house in one day, and sold our other in ONE day. She is amazing. When our appraisal came in lower than she expected, she went to work immediately contacting the appraiser and pointing out all the reasons it should be appraised much higher. Well, long story short, it did come in higher ($21,000 higher than his appraisal). When she told me the figure, I was ecstatic. Well we
sensed Meg still wasn’t satisfied. She called me the following day and told me she, somehow got us another $6000. This is the kind of hard working, dedicated realtor you want working for you.

During the pandemic, she helped me purchase my condo with minimal face to face contact, and minimal effort on my part. She worked tirelessly to get all the negotiations, inspection, and closing completed in under 2 weeks! She made sure I had everything I needed to close right on time. And even provided contact information for contractors to help with renovations!

My brother travels accross the country driving with a company that provides support to NASCAR. Due to his travels I assisted with his purchase of a condo, the entire process for both he and I was done electronically and worked out very well.
