I don’t know where to begin, and I absolutely won’t know where to end. The experience with Mrs Meg Whitted by our side was not just a spectacular result in the sale of our beautiful home, and purchase of our amazing new home. It was every step of the way, and regularly feeling heard, seen, and most importantly, prioritized. Meg goes above and beyond to check in, communicate any news or updates that may come in, whether big or small, and I think my favorite part was her willingness to ask any questions I had, even if the answer would probably be no! Meg keeps it real, keeps it honest, and looks out for her clients best interest. We felt that she sold our home as if it were her own. Excited, passionate, and truly helped us to understand the value in our home! And when looking at houses, she helped us feel invested like family, wanting the best for us, as if she was purchasing for herself and her family. We look forward to sharing our experience with everyone we know, as selling and buying a home is one of the wildest rides you’ll ever go on, highs lows and everything in between, so having the best of the best by yourself is not only important, it’s necessary.

Working with Meg was an absolute game-changer. From the moment she stepped into our home, she took charge with a clear vision and the confidence of someone who truly knows the market inside and out. She brought in a wide array of her own beautiful staging pieces and thoughtfully incorporated our belongings to completely transform the space—it looked like a designer showcase by the time she was done.

She priced our home with precision, and thanks to her expert strategy, we ended up selling for $30,000 over asking within the same week of listing (weeks faster than comps in our area). From the start of our first meeting, we knew Meg was the right real estate agent for our family. Meg shared her personal approach to selling our home, including the multiple marketing avenues at her disposal and the broad reach her firm had to best position our home in the marketplace. Meg also shared her perspective on changes we could make to the home that would (and did!) improve our curb appeal. Meg's attention to detail was simply stellar. During the sales process, Meg had regular check-ins to update us on market conditions & trends and provided honest feedback resulting from our showings.

Meg also brought with her a highly capable real estate team and an ecosphere of talented professionals to help with the entire journey (contractors for any quick fix items, painters for brightening up the home, and trusted legal partners).
