Megan Bean

As a youth I competed around the world on the tennis circuit. It instilled in me a competitive drive, a high level of discipline, and work ethic that serves me well to this day. I graduated from Duke University in 2001. My husband and I relocated from New Orleans to the Lake Conroe area post Hurricane Katrina and we haven't looked back since.

I spent my first two years in the Real Estate industry specializing in REO foreclosure properties. The company I worked for handled the disposition of distressed properties across the entire Houston Metro Statistical Area.

The next few years I worked for a boutique firm on Lake Conroe that focused on superior customer service and quality transactions. Next stop was a successful 1.5 year campaign as a multi-million dollar producer at Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene. I am very proud to have been aligned with such a well respected brand.

I moved to Keller Williams the Woodlands and after an incredible 2014 year doing close to $5 million in production I joined the World Class Kink Team. Since 2015 I have been a multi-million dollar producer improving on my sales goals year over year for one of Houston's Top real estate teams.

In the fall of 2018, I decided to go back out on my own with EXP Realty. It was certainly an incredible experience the last few years being part of a highly successful Luxury Team. I am deeply grateful for the knowledge I now have and how it will benefit all of my clients. I look forward to what the next few years have in store, as I continue to offer my buyers, sellers, and investors outstanding service and a less stressful path to homeownership.

In 2019 I launched the Megan Behan Team at EXP Realty. Today I have 2 amazing buyers agents working with me to take care of all our clients needs across the entire region. 2021 was an exciting year for me in real estate. After 13 years in the industry I took the next step in my career. Over several months I studied and prepared for the broker's exam and I am proud to share that I am now a licensed broker in the states of Texas. I have now entered the active hiring phase in 2022 and look forward to expanding my team across the entire region in order to better serve all of our clients.

2022 and 2023 have been outstanding years filled with changes. In September of 2023 I opted to transition my team to Ferris Realty an area brokerage with excellent local positioning and global reach.
